Dudley’s Toffee specializes in handcrafted, edible, perishable products. We strive to display products as accurately as possible, but colors and appearance may vary by device.

Allergen Notice: Products may contain or come into contact with tree nuts (almonds), dairy, and other common allergens. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
3. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are considered accepted once payment is successfully processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to cancel after processing.

Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout.
Prices typically exclude taxes, shipping, and applicable fees.

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICKUP
Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
Shipping Methods: Rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping, when offered, uses the most economical method.
Delivery: Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or packages left unattended after delivery.
Risk of Loss: Responsibility transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
Warm Weather Shipping: Toffee may be sensitive to heat. We may adjust packaging or recommend faster shipping, but we are not responsible for melting due to weather conditions or delays.
Customer Pickup: Orders marked for pickup must be collected at the designated event. Orders not picked up may require additional shipping fees.
6. NON-RETURNABLE FOOD PRODUCTS & ORDER ISSUES
Due to food safety regulations, all edible products are final sale and not eligible for return.
If there is an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect, or quality concerns), please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:
