Refund policy

At Dudley’s Toffee, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Due to the perishable nature of our toffee, all food sales are final and cannot be returned. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to making it right.
Issues with Your Order (30-Day Window)
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any issues, including:
- Damaged packages
- Incorrect items
- Missing items
- Product quality concerns
To report an issue, please email info@dudleystoffee.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
Returns (Food Products)
For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any edible products, including all toffee items.
Please do not send food items back to us unless specifically instructed. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-Food Items (If Applicable)
Returns for non-edible items (such as merchandise) may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused
- In original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
To request a return, contact info@dudleystoffee.com. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (all edible/toffee products)
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Opened or used non-food items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. For non-food items, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, non-food items may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Edible products are not eligible for return under this policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund
