At Dudley’s Toffee, we take great care in preparing, packaging, and shipping every order. Please review the details below regarding shipping methods, processing times, and pickup options.


Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using real-time carrier rates (such as UPS, USPS, or other major carriers). You may select your preferred shipping method based on cost and estimated delivery time.

When free shipping is offered, we will use the most economical shipping method available. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Delivery & Carrier Responsibility

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

Dudley’s Toffee is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Packages left unattended after delivery


Customer Pickup

Customer Pickup is available for designated live events or local pickup opportunities listed on our website or event communications.

If you select Customer Pickup at checkout:

  • Your order will be available at the specified event location and time

  • Please bring your order confirmation or valid ID

  • Pickup must occur during the event’s designated hours

Orders not picked up during the event will not automatically ship. Additional shipping fees may apply if shipping is later requested.


Warm Weather Shipping

Our handcrafted toffee may be sensitive to heat. During warmer months, we may adjust shipping schedules or use insulated packaging to help protect your order.

We are not responsible for melting caused by:

  • High temperatures

  • Delayed delivery

  • Packages left outdoors after delivery


Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States.

We may accommodate international orders when possible; however, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any international order if shipping or customs restrictions make fulfillment impractical.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will assist in resolving the issue, which may include filing a carrier claim, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
